How it works
Three steps at the counter.
Reward4Me is a web loyalty system for small businesses. Customers don't need an app or an account: your team looks them up by phone number, adds points for each visit, and redeems rewards right at the counter.

Look them up
Type the customer's phone number. Regulars come up right away, and adding someone new takes a few seconds.

Add points
Tap +1, +5, +10 or +25, or type your own amount. You see the new balance before you confirm.

Redeem a reward
Choose a reward they've earned. Rewards they can't afford yet are grayed out, so nothing goes wrong at the register.

Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. They just give their phone number at the counter. Reward4Me doesn't text them or ask them to sign up for anything.
Can my employees use it?
Yes. Owners create employee logins in Settings. Employees can look up customers, add points and redeem rewards. Only owners can change rewards, store settings and billing.
What do I need to run it?
A phone, tablet or computer with a web browser and an internet connection. You can also add Reward4Me to a home screen so it opens like an app.
Which phone numbers work?
US, Canadian, UK and Australian numbers are formatted automatically. Numbers from anywhere else work when entered with a + and the country code.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Owners can update payment details, see invoices and cancel from Stripe's billing portal. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
